Questions salon owners ask
Do our stylists or estheticians give medical advice?
Never. Every evaluation and prescription is handled by independent, licensed clinicians at Beluga Health. Your team offers the program and points a client to the clinician, nothing more.
What can clients get through the program?
Physician-led medical weight management, menopause and hormone support, and prescription skincare, where a clinician judges it appropriate. Your storefront presents it; the clinical decisions are the clinician's.
We rent chairs. Can independent stylists take part?
Yes. Nearly half of stylists are self-employed with their own clients. A booth renter or a whole salon can offer a branded storefront the same way.
How do we get paid?
You are the seller of record. You buy the program at one published wholesale price and set your own retail price, keeping the margin. No payment changes hands for sending business.
Do we see our clients' medical information?
No. Records stay with the clinical team under HIPAA. You receive aggregate, de-identified reporting only.
Which states can we launch in?
Wherever clinician coverage is live, which is expanding. Tell us your state on the partner form and we will confirm.
